After coach settling in, he/she will set up connections with local academies & other players parents to build up the most functional & flexible program for a junior player. Coach will focus on the balance of private, semi-private and group training depending on short/long-term plans, build fitness program and tournament plan and handle all logistics to maintain perfect balance in players need for best development.
